Haut Brion at the Metropolitan Museum of Art
Monday night marked the 75th Anniversary of the acquisition of the Chateau Haut-Brion by the US Financier Clarence Dillon. To celebrate the occasion, some of New York’s and the worlds most influential people came out to The Metropolitan Museum of Art to celebrate, drink wine from their vineyard and dine on chef Daniel Boulud’s amazing food. The beautifully decorated gala (produced by Nadine Johnson) was hosted by Prince Robert de Luxembourg, President of Domaines Clarence Dillon and great-grandson of Dillon who bought the Pessac First Growth estate in 1935. Some of the high profile guests included: President Bill Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, Zac Posen, Gillian Hearst Simonds, Jay McInerney, Jamie Johnson, Linda Vojtova, Jamison Ernest and Charlie Rose.
