As a staff member, It’s important that a company makes profit. I know they have re-handed a great deal of design work to Joshua Rankin-Kells (JK) so that might pick things up a bit. Although I hear he travels a lot and has been sick and spends a bit of time in Australia and as a guest stylist on Americas Next Top Model. But the job cuts are needed unless a lower level sub brand can save them
